1. About Our Products
All products sold on this site are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Nothing is pre-manufactured or held in stock — each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
2. Production & Shipping Times
Because items are made to order, please allow 7-14 business days for production, plus standard shipping time on top of that. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier are outside our control, though we’re happy to help track down a lost package.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before it enters production, including cases where:
- The listed price contains an obvious error
- The order appears to violate intellectual property rights
- Fulfilling the order isn’t reasonably possible for production or shipping reasons
If we cancel your order, you’ll receive a full refund.
4. Pricing
We set final retail prices at our discretion. Prices may change at any time without notice, though the price at the time you complete checkout is the price you’ll pay.
5. Intellectual Property
